Terms and Conditions for Digital Marketing Services with Christ X Marketing ®

Welcome to CXM Ventures Private Limited! By engaging with our digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Lead Generation and Optimization

CXM strives to deliver the best possible leads for your business through strategic marketing initiatives. We focus on generating interested leads, using optimization strategies that are continuously refined based on feedback from your sales team. While we aim to increase both the volume and quality of leads, we do not guarantee conversions from these leads. Our responsibility is limited to providing you with qualified leads who have expressed interest in your products or services.

2. Subscription-Based Payment Structure

Our digital marketing services are offered on a subscription basis. This means all marketing-related payments must be made in full, in advance, on a monthly basis. You can also choose to pay for multiple months at once, and may be eligible for special offers depending on the duration or volume of your subscription. We accept payments directly for the advertisement budget, which allows us to manage your affiliate budget more efficiently.

3. No Refund Policy

Please note that all payments made for our digital marketing services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, whether for a single month or multiple months, no refunds will be issued for any reason. We encourage you to review your subscription options and goals carefully before making any payments.

4. Goal Setting and Scope of Work

Before any work begins, it is essential to agree upon the specific goals for both monthly and quarterly performance. These goals will serve as a benchmark to assess the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. If additional work or services are required that fall outside of the agreed scope, these must be discussed and finalized before commencement.

5. Invoicing and Taxation

All transactions with CXM Ventures Private Limited will be officially invoiced, and the invoices will reflect all applicable taxes as required by law. These invoices will be issued in accordance with the regulations of our registered firm.

6. Reporting and Client Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to transparency, CXM will provide detailed monthly reports on campaign performance, along with weekly updates and bi-monthly or quarterly review meetings. In return, it is your responsibility to supply our marketing team with timely sales data, including lead status reports from forms, calls, and messages. This information is essential to the optimization of marketing campaigns and to align our efforts with your sales performance.

7. Performance-Based Fee Adjustments

Should our involvement lead to a significant increase in your sales performance, we reserve the right to adjust our service fees on a quarterly basis. Any adjustments will be based on the results and the expansion of the project, ensuring that both parties benefit from the success of the marketing initiatives.

8. Out-of-Scope Work

If there are any services or tasks outside of the agreed scope of work that are requested during the course of the project, these must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Any additional work will require a separate agreement and may be subject to different payment terms.
