CXM started as a two-person team in a small office in Udupi with one goal — to give local businesses the same quality of digital marketing that big brands in Mumbai and Bangalore were getting. We believed then (and still do) that geography should never limit growth.
Over seven years we’ve grown into a 50+ person team spanning strategy, creative, production, performance marketing and development. We’ve worked with startups that became category leaders, family businesses that went national, and brands that crossed borders.

Vission
CXM launches as a 2-person digital marketing startup serving local Udupi businesses. First client: a textile shop in Manipal.
Mission
Opened our Mangalore office. Team grows to 8 people. First enterprise client onboarded — a healthcare chain across coastal Karnataka.

Planted our flag in Koramangala. Started working with Bangalore startups and D2C brands. Team crosses 20 members.
